Be sure your order is not placed through Instrument Pro. I had a hard time with a cancellation request after I placed my order and found out the item was on back order of over a month. GrabCart eventually helped resolve it but were slow to respond initially. |

This is an update to the review below. Upon posting this review I was contacted by GrabCart to get more details on my dealings with their member, instrument pro. GrabCart dealt with the 3rd party dealer directly and expedited my refund the same day. Grab Cart's customer services was excellent and very helpful.
Old review:
It's true, GrabCart doesn't sell directly, only forwards orders to other retailers. Be sure to check review of the seller. i was almost a victim of bait and switch - the company (InstrumentPro) claimed that the item wasn't in stock and wouldn't be available until July, and then proceeded to offer me more expensive items. When I asked to cancel my order they were very rude and hung up on me. |

BUYER BEWARE. Grabcart does not appear to sell anything directly. Anybody can sign up for a seller account on their site. I ordered a Christmas gift on Grabcart, based partly on the positive reviews on resellerratings. However, when I placed my order, it was sent to another website. The gift never came, despite multiple phone calls to confirm. When I called to complain, they tried to ask for more money. SO BEWARE when buying from grabcart, you never know what company will end up servicing your order! |

This site is bogus. Anybody could claim they sell stuff on here without any prior verifications. The person I bought my product through flat out took my money and ignored me for the last two weeks. DO NOT BUY STUFF THROUGH HERE!! Now I have to get my money back from paypal. although I've spent countless time sending e-mails to the sales team they still were not able to resolve my issue. This site sucks, bad.. |
